Every order is dispatched from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. In-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Our creations are handcrafted in limited batches. If the current batch has been allocated, please allow up to 19 days before dispatch, as the Sidr is infused for 19 days to honour the integrity of each formulation. We will never rush what is made with reverence.

Within Australia, standard delivery with Australia Post takes approximately 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, and express delivery is also available. For international orders, please allow approximately 10 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. Shipping Policy

Yes. Shipping is complimentary within Australia on orders over $150, and The Ultimate Ritual of Return ships complimentary worldwide.

We ship to selected international destinations. If a shipping rate is available for your country at checkout, we can ship to you. International shipping is charged at a flat rate, and any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes. Where available, tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please write to atelier@divineapothecary.com.au with your order number.

Divine Elixir N° 99 is the anointing and body oil of the collection, 50 ml, founded on certified organic Black Seed Oil and Mediterranean Olive Oil, for the body, the hair and the soles of the feet. Divine Attar N° 99 is a concentrated extrait de parfum perfume oil, 30 ml, carrying the Signature Accord crowned with Oud and Saffron, for the pulse points. Worn together, they form the Sacred Duo.

Shake gently before each ritual. Anoint the pulse points with intention, apply to the body after bathing, or massage into the soles of the feet before sleep. Use sparingly on the lengths and ends of the hair. Avoid the face and eye area. The Ritual of Return Guide

Apply a single touch to the pulse points only: the wrists, behind the ears and the base of the throat. As an oil, it stays close to the skin and unfolds slowly with your own warmth. Divine Attar N° 99

Mist lightly into the air and around doorways. One to three sprays is all that is needed to transform a room, whether at home, in the office, in the car or while travelling. Never spray near or toward a burning candle or flame, and patch test first if misting near linens, upholstery, leather or delicate surfaces. Divine Sanctuary N° 99

Infuse 1 teaspoon in 1 litre of freshly boiled water for up to 30 minutes. The first cup is best taken in the morning, and you may enjoy up to 4 cups daily. Each 250 g pouch offers around 120 ritual infusions, and it is naturally caffeine-free. Please do not use if you are allergic to plants in the Asteraceae family, such as chamomile, calendula or yarrow. Divine Infusion N° 99

Add generously to warm bath water and immerse for up to 30 minutes as an intentional weekly reset. It may also be used as a hand or foot immersion. Within the 40-Day Inside-Out Renewal Protocol™, combine it with 1 litre of prepared Divine Infusion N° 99 in the bath. Divine Elixir N° 99 and Divine Attar N° 99 are alcohol-free and preservative-free. Divine Sanctuary N° 99 is a concentrated interior perfume: its vibrant green Sidr infusion is prepared in perfumer's alcohol and united with nine sacred botanical oils, and it is created to be misted into the air and the space around you, not onto the skin.

Divine Elixir, Divine Attar, Divine Bath and Divine Sanctuary are best used within 6 months of opening, and Divine Infusion within 12 months. Store each creation sealed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and never leave Divine Sanctuary in a hot vehicle.

Our creations are for external use only. We recommend a patch test before full use. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant or nursing, have known allergies or a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

Because our creations are handcrafted ritual formulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items or change-of-mind purchases, unless required under Australian Consumer Law. For an unopened item in its original condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refund Policy
